CHARTERED COMMITTEES:
The Pointe has three chartered committees which work under the auspices of the Board of Directors. These committees are as follows:
MAINTENANCE COMMITTEE:rob
The Pointe has a Maintenance Committee, headed up by Rob Rich who also handles light bulb replacements. You can contact Rob at (425) 205-8909 should you need your porch or garage light replaced.
If you are interested in serving on the Maintenance Committee, please contact Rob Rich, the Board Representative.
All maintenance concerns should be reported to our Association Management Company.
WEBSITE COMMITTEE:
The Pointe's website is being managed by Barbara Bridges. Should you have information or photos which may be of interest to the community, you may e-mail them to Barbara for possible inclusion on our site at: barbarajbridges@comcast.net. You may also call Barbara at: (425) 238-1838.
LANDSCAPE COMMITTEE:
The Pointe's landscape committee is chaired by Barbara Bridges. This committee is responsible for planting and maintaining color at the community entrances and around mail kiosks. SOCIAL GROUPS AND ACTIVITIES:
There are many social activities and opportunities at The Pointe. Some of the active groups in the community are:
