The Pointe at Crosswater Condominium Association contracts with Port Gardner Property Management, Inc., an Association Management Company headquartered in Everett, to manage the day-to-day tasks of our community. Stan Kuligoski is our current Association Manager.

Along with being our first line of contact for various Association and community questions and concerns, a short list of our Association Manager responsibilities includes:
- Site inspections
- Oversight of the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Oversight and review of monthly Financial Reports
- Homeowner correspondence
- Management of the Association contractors
- Preparation of agendas and other materials for Board meetings
- Attendance at Board meetings
- Assistance with projects as the Board directs
- The list goes on...
