The Pointe at Crosswater Condominium Association contracts with Morris Management, Inc., an Association Management Company headquartered in Bellevue, to manage the day to day tasks of our community. Robert Skrbin is our current Association Manager.
Along with being our first line of contact for various Association and community questions and concerns, a short list of our Association Manager responsibilities includes:
- Monthly site inspections
- Oversight of the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Oversight and review of monthly Financial Reports
- Homeowner correspondence
- Management of the Association contractors
- Preparation of agendas and other materials for Board meetings
- Attendance at Board meetings
- Assistance with projects as the Board directs
- The list goes on...
